Innovative Astigmatic Axis Video Games (AAVG) designed to improve visual acuity (VA) in residual meridional amblyopia, where traditional patching and best-corrected glasses failed.

- Mean VA improved from 0.43 ± 0.1 to 0.077 ± 0.08 LogMAR (P < 0.001).
- 32% (16 eyes) showed rapid progress within 2-4 weeks.
- No adverse effects observed.
